Definitely not, the newbies sticky thread in announcements post 2 tells you how to fill it in

You were strongly advised to email it yesterday, they don't work weekends either, tempus fugit, tick tick tick

One copy of N180 to the CNBC in Northampton, another copy to the lawyers
  • It says if no state why not?

i read through that yesterday and couldn’t find the bit about this, i just want to get it sent off
  • How do i send it to the lawyers?

Thete is a link in the newbies sticky thread to a template that gives you the wording for that box, copy and paste it in
( clearly you haven't clicked on the link or you have and didn't read the thread containing the wording. )

You email it to both parties
  • Think im reading the wrong bit then, nothing seems to be matching what i have on the form, can you post me a link to the right bit?
  • The link i followed says -

    • A1 = NO to mediation (they want the whole amount, you want to pay them nothing, so no scope for mediation. This will not go against you)
    • B = fill in all the details, name, address, etc
    • C1 = YES to small claims track – this is the limited costs track for claims up to £10,000 in value
    • D1 = name of your local County Court – unless you are a Ltd company, the case files will be transferred there
    • D2 = NO to expert evidence (this relates to medical negligence cases and suchlike)
    • D3 = 1 witness (that’s you) (or more if you are going to get another person to provide a statement)
    • D4 = Put down the dates of any pre-booked
  • The form im filling in D1 says suitability for determination
  • Can i just leave this box blank? Would that really matter, need to get it sent off
