    I’m now trying to get my head round balancing decent use of Agile with also trying to get something back on this…hmmm!

    This is where Agile doesn’t really pay. I just view it that the hour is free instead of costing 1p-2p per kilowatt.

    It certainly does pay as whilst tracker is circa 14-16p kwh all day I expect we will get out of the day for 2p kwh and probably 15p credit back from this 1-2pm free session. Reducing our daily rate down to 1.5p kwh

    Agile certainly does pay on windy days like today. So far I’ve used 25 kWh at around 2p kWh saving over £4 compared to Tracker but I’m only expecting 3p credit from the Free Session

    My smart meter isn't talking to Octopus and they're dragging their heels about fixing it.  I think I'll take manual meter read at start and end of the two hour period and try and get them to honour that.
