Hi All, it’s been a while but I’ve finally received a further response from Moorside Legal. Looks like a few more threads have been opened regarding this firm so looks like they’ve got nothing better to do.
What do we think of this response? Accurate or just more waffle to push for my money? Not sure on where to go from here, do I ignore and await to see if they actually take this to court or?0 -
You will get a court claim in due course.1

All described in Newbies and see the process through
Feel free to post a review on their trust pilot site as they said they were proud of their reviews on LinkedIn
Even Gary Osner has had his review verified so must have crossed over from the other side

This sentence in that response from Moorside Legal is surely a joke...Our Client is a member of the International Parking Community which is a government approved Accredited Trade Association (ATA) for Private Parking.
So the IPC are 'government approved' are they? When did that happen?
Looks like Moorside Legal still have a lot to learn but they shouldn't be learning it from the IPC.

Assuming I just leave this now and wait to see if I receive a letter with a court date on? No idea what I’ll be doing from there, but I’ll try and have another read over the newbie thread whilst at work tomorrow 👍🏼1 -
Yep (and please win next Sunday)...

I’ve had a little read through the thread and starting to get a rough gist of it. I just get confused with all the different terms and stuff lol.
Happy to pay for some beers for any assistance, if it means me not paying anything to Moorside Legal 😂2
