@Coupon-mad just confirmed their email address that we can use for email responses are: help@moorsidelegal.co.uk
I have copied the template from the newbies thread and just editing some parts to make it personal to my PCN. I have attached the photos of the vehicle in the yellow hatched box as well as their tiny little sign attached to some wall.Do we think I have any defence here due to the small signage (which looks like someone’s holding a torch up to lol) and the fact that there were plenty of other cars parked over the yellow hatched box (which is also partially worn out) so I couldn’t substantially see the whole thing?
If not I will leave this off from my draft response and just stick with what you guys have templated, as there’s not much else for a defence here annoyingly.LB0 -
Suggest you don't add anything further than the template response as flagged by @Coupon-mad , you're not defending anything at this stage, merely making sure that they know you mean business, and finding out their answer to the VAT question.Coupon-mad said:Yes you respond (by email if you can find one) using the template LBC response with the question in it about VAT.

No worries, thought I’d double check as it does say we can add a defence in above the 2 questions we’re asking at this stage, just want to see if this was necessary or not. I’ll leave it at this stage and see what their response is. Thanks all for the help!Thorndorise said:

Are private parking charges really enforceable? And worth even taking to court over? I have no idea on these type of things, just following the newbie guide and taking each step as it comes alongGrizebeck said:

Will they win? Highly unlikely.
Any risk defending? No. No CCJ risked by doing exactly as we advise. Carry on as advised.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
