  • T minus 4 days until hearing date, no letter of discontinuance yet. I’ll be the only unlucky one that they actually take to court knowing my luck lol
It will go to a hearing
Oh really, thought I’d seen quite a few posts of people receiving letters of discontinuance from Moorside

So as expected,  Moorside Legal don't always discontinue, depending on their client,  neither do any of these Legal firms turn up, they tend to send a 3rd party advocate,  but not in your case

So the hearing went as expected,  in your favour,  meaning that the claimant PCM UK LTD lost money and gained nothing at all,  a monkey off your back after almost 18 months, longer than that from the incident date  post few years in total

    Well done
  • Yeah I’ll hold off before posting any reviews!

So they could say they didn’t get the court order, then what? They just get an extension to pay it or?
