That notice/warning seems to be at odds with the wording on court orders to send all and any documents you which you want to rely on at the hearing no later than 14 days before the hearing date!

    Very contradicting right? Lol
  • I’ll have to print it when I’m back in the office tomorrow and then get it delivered. Annoying because I could post it myself but seems they’re only accepting Royal Mail / DX  👎🏼

they never make this whole process easy for the general public do they 🙄🤣

Ten working days is at the same as "at least 14 days".

  • Hi all, not to steal the ops post but since they havent replied and i was following the thread due to going through the same thing I thought I would update, my case was temporarily thrown out due to the POC but they were asked to send an updated POC and they did which resulted in a mediation then a court hearing date, witness statement submitted, rang the court and they paid the court fees but then a few days later they withdrew from the hearing
Good to hear and gives me some more confidence now. Did you counter claim or left as is?
Sorry for the late reply but I just left it didnt cause me too much or work so thought it was best to leave it, read through your latest updates and seems you are on the same path as me as I did call up to confirm they paid but they later withdrew so lets hope for the same!

Here’s hoping mate! I’ve got my company Christmas party the night before so now I’ve got to behave with this looming around so hoping we get a letter of discontinuance before that lol
  • T minus 4 days until hearing date, no letter of discontinuance yet. I’ll be the only unlucky one that they actually take to court knowing my luck lol
  • I’ll also call the court the day before to double check it’s still going ahead, seeing as they never sent me a copy of their WS/evidence, so they might forget again
