Not sure why 512gb m.2 is mentioned , is this when I power on with W11 pre installed.
I only plan to add 32gb ddr5 ram -this build only has 16gb total could be 2x8gb re check.

Oled is working albeit 99% of pc/vm stream time.
Manually using tv remote to switch from hdmi-1 pc to hdmi-2 vm Stream.
Not ideal though soundbar e-arc seems to be working for Audio return.

Excellent idea, thankfully not this pc, Credit to Asus locking matx mb from overclocking.
Fastest fans have been for latest pc is when using hdwinfo yesterday.
Only minor finger prints this time.

My first recommendation would be not be trying to fill the storage as soon as you get a PC, the other would be that you should really not be upgrading a new PC this soon after getting it. You do not need to install a huge chunk of your Steam library just because you can, as an example my Steam library is 350+ games going back many years, most of them are not installed, I will keep some regulars installed and install others as I play through them, as well as a bunch of older games which take up little space. 

There is no such thing as an external M.2, you can put an M.2 in an enclosure and connect it via USB but that would be an awful solution. 

For another internal M.2 it depends on the exact motherboard and CPU as some will bifurcate PCIe lanes when additional M.2 drives are added, it also depends on the M.2 sockets on the motherboard. From your previous posts even an SATA SSD would be perfectly fine so you have that option (at least two, probably four SATA ports). For M.2 even a Gen3 would be perfectly fine, Gen4 would be more than you need and Gen5 would be hugely expensive overkill. Based on your previous posts I would probably suggest something like a Crucial P3 2TB drive, you are not video editing and in gaming the gains from Gen4 or Gen5 are not measurable in a repeatable way in all but three or four games and even when they are measurable it is only in a statistical sense, no actual human could see the difference in real world load times. 

You actually only need the P3, but that seems to be out of stock at the moment in 2TB variants, so a slightly more expensive G4 version is the P310 pr the P3 Plus.

2nd internal pci-e 4.0 x2 is inaccessible I think from gpu- the Slot isn't seen.
I did view Corsair p9 via Scan earlier after excellent p10 review.
Current 1st slot 1s Kingston 1tb pci-e 4.0x4
2nd m.2 socket should be underneath gpu approx.
