Repair or Refund was offered, I chose Refund.
t.b.h. PC could have been repaired, thought I'de avoid any potential 13th gen. concerns.
Ide like a pc user of any brand to confirm if Nvidia rtx 4070ti gpu's Hold Stable 120hz. via Oled t.v.
Did work only until each day startup. maybe its via Soundbar HDMI.
(Yet Consoles did work flawlessly @120hz.)
I'm interested in 15th gen though costs permit if I order.

    thanks

Never got answer via another tech forum.
rtx4070ti 12gb -Loosing Video Signal....when connected to Soundbar.

I fail to understand why I could run multi Consoles up to 4k/120hz (match Panny oled)

There is slight chance Phillips Soundbar is going to Sleep when connected to PC.

If this continues with 15th gen then I could try new Soundbar though rather not.

I've got a 4070 (non-super/ti) and it works fine with my 4k/120Hz OLED TV. Need to make sure your TV is compatible with the high refresh rates and you use a suitable HDMI/display port cable, and there might also be some settings you need to enable on your PC or the TV itself. But otherwise there shouldn't be any reason why it won't support those resolutions. I connect everything directly to the TV, I don't daisy-chain through a soundbar - if you have multiple ports then I'd try connecting everything individually

I de selected 99% sleep modes via Panny remote and one via soundbar remote.
I won't post this full example from elsewhere experiencing Similar Oledd-Gpu concern
120hz was fine via Win11 for s few days.
    Suggested 'fix'
Enable HDR via Win 11(I couldn't get that option to work)
VRR via tv setting Oled does does support VRR -need to re check via Panny options as it can be specific
The next part is important which I don't think I fully 'tested'
Choose PC rather than TV resolutions vis Win11 -I recall both options via Nvidia Control Panel
Use Highest Bit colour maybe 12bit
Content type reported to Display- change to 'Full Screen'

Off topic I used Chatgpt to run Intel Core Ultra Build and had to change suggested rtc4090 back to my recent 4070 though used 16 rather than 12gb vram
CGPT Suggested Costs of build  Low end 2.644k High End 3.179k

Lets see how pre xmas compares to CGPT.
    My HP Omen was 1.7k 13700K 64gb DDR5 rtx 4070ti 12gb 1 tb ssd.
If I need to use PayPal again max limit is 2.45k. That's my Caveat!

    @PRAISETHESUN

I did try avoiding Soundbar HDMI daisy chain, though Sound via Optical is good though not as good as HDMI.
p.s. It didn't help as Intermittent Black screens continued.

Panny also has 4K 120hz ByPass mode -I'never tried enabling that, though VRR +|HDR is on as expected works via HDMI 1+2
Maybe I could have de selected ALLM from oled though not sure if it could have helped.

Self build not considered after a few reads, I', not sure if that hp k/f comparison is spec' cpu only as 32gb ddr5 and 4080 gpu would be bump up from 40470?
I've seen 4060's via you tube though think I'll attempt 1440p.
p.s. I haven't checked cpu costs, only wanting to take advantage of 0% pp credit.
Then I'll be left with decision to last 3 years.

A gen 13 or 14 Intel chip "might" not last that long -- its a definite gamble with those

    As suggested - go AMD
It didn't and was retuned days later and Pre Xmas rises are implemented, tempted with Series X Digital.
I think 15th gen Ultra cpu pc's are going to be expensive for a while, yet cpu's costs are reasonable.

Scan are  fast with  web list of Intel Core Ultra i7 265k,  32gb ddr5. , only concern is if rtx 4070ti 16gb has repeat of intermittent black screens, maybe the extra ram from 12-16gb could help.
Cost wise repayments would max 60  per month approx.
Going to watch ih HP launch similar spec next few weeks.
