Odd, as they are the correct login details and the code is as it is on the letter they sent.

I had that, convinced that it was their error on my last attempt tried a different password  and got in. Are you completely certain password is correct?

Yup, took a screenshot of it (which I usually delete until I've managed to log in once, if that makes sense).

I too have had issues with log in and setting up the app. I was sent a new user name and activation code but it got confused because i already have a log in from a previous account. I did set up a new log in and accessed the account only to get it all wrong the next time i logged in.

I then managed to log in under my old account details and that worked ok. also accessed the app under my old account. Now ignoring the new log in stuff and continuing with the old.

so you need to use the app and do at least 5 card payments by the 27th sep, then the £100 would be deposited between 15th and 25th October.

It's not just a switch and get money as soon as switch completes.

Hello there, Tsb says on one page your registered which is true as I've been with them a few years; as I'm trying to login it says you need to register then dosn't accept the login details which have been tried at least 6 times and checked thoroughly, on the next page it says you need to register tried on both laptop and phone; does anyone know if they've got any email address or contact form? Thanks for any help

I ended up having to call them. They were very helpful and got me set up so I could sign in to the website etc.

As was posted earlier, I think the 20 includes the 5 (ie not additional too) but the 20 must be done in the month of opening, as you say.

20 would be difficult for me taking into account card and code delivery times so I'm delaying opening till 1st Sept (at the risk of course that it may be withdrawn by then)
