Does anyone have any idea whether new accounts are still eligible for the switch bonus?

I set up an account yesterday, before the offer was withdrawn, but stupidly didn’t initiate the switch before it was.

The T&Cs seem to be conflicted over whether the switch must be initiated before the offer is withdrawn, or whether the switch just needs to be completed within 21 days of setting up the account (so long as the account was set up in time).

T&Cs

Submit a full switch request via tsb.co.uk or in branch to your new TSB Spend & Save account or Spend & Save Plus
account using the Current Account Switch Service. The switch must be initiated before the offer is withdrawn and
completed within 21 days.

You needed to inform them of the switch before offer withdrawn, and that switch completed within 3 weeks.
If they stick to their terms you will miss out and have to wait for the next one.

I haven't heard of it being paid on separate dates. It's usually 2 separate payments on the 8th if you qualify for the offer.

They have made errors in previous offers where they will pay the bonus amount after you submit a request via chat and them then verifying with the switch team that you're eligible for the offer.

Nothing you can really do until after the 20th as they'll just tell you to come back after that.

Ended up  messaging them it hadn't been paid and got the missing tenner credited.
