...with Dear Sirs. You are writing a formal business communication, not sticking a notice on a lamppost.
You will of course need to include something that identifies the claim.

Evening all,

Apologies, my father has also shared this letter that followed the CCJ letter. They are basically enforcing what the CCJ letter stated. Does this affect anything we sent via email today or was that our response regardless of this letter from Gladstone Solicitors?
