Morning all xx
I'm up, made my bed, brought down the laundry hamper, sorted washing into loads, first load has been swished and just finished its extra spin, emptied bins, knotted binbags, and put new bin bags in bins, completed Wordle (in 2 lines. My first guess was serendipitous 😊) and Connections (easy today - sadistic setter doesn't work weekends?), and supped two brews.
Round 1
Set second load swishing
Get dressed
Feed the birds
Fill the birdbath
Fill the hedgehog's dish
Water hanging basket
Put out the rubbish and recycling
Drape first load on airer
WUDUPA
I'm out for tea near piggers land this evening. Meeting the outlaws for the first time. At an Italian restaurant. Being an antisocial hermit I don't want to go. But I will. For DS. And breathe.....
No sun here this morning. Overcast. Hence the airer being pulled into play. Still twot though.
Love to all.

Morning all,
I, too, am up and have supped two brews. And there ends the similarity with Round’s morning. We are off to a concert / park / picnic type thingy later. I spent yesterday evening prepping my allocated food, just a couple pf bits to do this morning. Then comes the How the Heck do we Transport This conundrum. And carry it across a field. I am taking DH obviously entirely for this purpose. Like a good flylady, I did tidy the kitchen and WULTD before I collapsed in my bed last night - only to have yet another restless night.
I thought everyone had a continuous monologue going on in their head. Sometimes mine tries to escape, and often it gets ideas way above its station and is a real pita. I’m still searching for the off button after all these years.
Right, back to the last bits of prepping. Then I might stir myself to HHI. Might, I said.
Have a good day all x5 -

Having a coffee and breakfast. Put the telly on to watch GB win a medal in the rowing. Good timing 😊
My inner monologue is working out a reverse timeline for this afti. Need to be at P&S's for 4.30 = leave here at 4.10 = head to the shower about 3. That should work.

More spring cleaning in the sitting room. Belovéd pulled out all the stops and was amazing today. It's not finished but we made huge progress. Also tidied up several loose ends from the rest of the work done this week. It's all coming together in the sitting room and dining room, but it is highlighting how much needs to be done in the rest of the house.
Better is good enough.5 -
Thanks Honey Bear and Round. I might try and do it now and again.I'm constantly chuntering away to myself so I suppose I have an inner monologue.I've been a bit less lazy over the last two days. In between watching the games I've washed and dried the bedding and the towels and put fresh on/out and done two other loads of washing and lots of drying, in the TD and on the rack. I've cleaned the bathroom and bleached the kitchen sink and washing-up pad; vacc'd the sitting room and hallway; taken down a bag of rubbish and a bag of recycling; done some shopping; done some indoor gardening; got everything out to allow A to wash his feet in a bowl (he can't manage to do it in the bath any more) and tidied it all away again; done lots of food prep and washing up.6

Morning all xx
I've Messengered you piggers xx
I'm up, made my bed, dressed, fed the birds, filled the birdbath and the hedgehog's dish, watered my hanging basket, completed Wordle and Connections, sploshed bleach down the loo, supped two brews, eaten breakfast, and I'm currently supping a coffee.
Luckily we weren't meeting the outlaws in Hull City Centre so did not get embroiled in all the shenanigans there. We did note that there were a lot of ambulances going past. And met fire engines heading over the Bridge as we returned home. It was only when I watched the news that everything fell into place.
So. Last night we met DS's future inlaws. This morning I find I've been blocked on Facebook by his future ma in law. Wtaf. I thought it went really well. Phoned DS. He thought it went really well too. He thinks I've been blocked 'by accident'. I don't. We weren't even friends on FB...I was going to ask her to be friends when I realised she'd blocked me. Looks like she doesn't want to be friends. Her loss, not mine. She's not speaking to her own mother at the moment so I'm not taking it personally. OK. I am. But I guess this is why we've been kept apart for six years. We need only meet at the wedding. I'm already practicing my lip curl for when we meet. She can start it. But I'll finish it. Quietly.
And if it was an accident. Seriously? The day after meeting? The day after giving me a hug and saying 'nice to meet you'? Hmmm. If it was an accident I won't curl my lip at her. Promise.
The food was good though. And the head waiter winked at me. 🤣🤣 This weight loss could open up whole new horizons .... if I ever step out the door again.
Love to you all.
