It's not that. Your husband/wife will have the same surname/address and it will flag up and you will be suspended again.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

There is nothing wrong with people having more than one account. If people operate a business on eBay and buy stock with one eBay ID it doesn't make sense to sell it using the same account.
If people keep their accounts in good standing order then there should be no problems.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

i dont think you can generalise like that i have 3 accounts and they are not used for malicious purposes,
If you had read BOTH sentences and not just the second one which you quoted.Well according to at least one user on here, if what you have done makes no sense to them you have done it with malicious intent. As having two accounts makes no sense to me I can only assume those who do have two accounts have them for malicious purposes.
You will see I was actually having a go at someone else who posted saying that as having two accounts made no sense to them the OP must have been doing it to "get round the rules"0 -
I was once an ebay seller with 5000+ positive feedback and my ebay dealings made up about 60% of my entire income, i only had to work 16 hours a week for an employer to pay my mortgage and feed myself.
If you were to attempt, as you say you are, to make an income on ebay that will pay your mortgage then you will fully understand why ebay are strict on non paying bidders and I fully support their decision to protect buyers from NPB.
When it can effect the lives of the person selling, or in your case three people selling, I think you must appreciate that people are not going to take to your comments too kindly.
I hope that should you get your ebay account working again and start selling you will appreciate how much NPB can affect your business.
They are the sole reason I am now working 40 hours a week, selling nothing on ebay and all this has achieved in loss in revenue for me, loss in revenue for ebay and higher prices for consumers. So there are no winners.
Are come on, you are taking the p*ss right?
Half the people don't leave feedback, possibly more. Which means you sold over 10,000 items on ebay and NPB's affected your income so much you had to give it up!
Why did so many people not pay for your items, were you selling cr*p?
I used to get the occassional NPB but always offered the next highest bidder the item. This usually meant only a small difference in the final price.
Failing that the item sold the second time I listed it.
Also rounding the postage up to the next whole pound more than made up for fees lost by NPB's0 -

I agree.... whilst I may have an account on eBay with only 100 feedbacks and at 100% positive I do not like non paying bidders either...they are costing honest people like you and me money. I once had a motorbike for sale on eBay and with only minutes to go this guy put in a bid for £17500  for the bike which was up for sale at £1750.
He then withdrew the bid and the bike ended up unsold......He said he entered the wrong amount? You and I know when you bid on eBay you have to confirm your bid...so to get it wrong again at this stage is just ignorance on his part, so I had to relist it again......however I e-mailed the person in question and managed to get £15 of him to recover my losses
...and the bike sold was sold this time for £1750. The person that put the bid in for £17500 did not bid again....why?
He was only out to wreck my auction thats why, however it's cost him £15 in the process!0 -

I find that very hard to believe

I very much dought NPB's affected your ebay business this much!
Even if they did affect you I think eBay should take as much blame for this as the buyers! Your paying eBay to provide an safe online enviroment to sell your items but they are providing sellers with a cra*p service and buyers are getting caught up in fake items and fraud.
I think at least 10% of items sold on eBay are fakes! there are watches, trainers, shoes, clothes, ipods, hair straightners the list goes on forever!
Tiffany & co are trying to sue eBay, apparently 73% of the tiffany items on eBay are fake!!! lets hope others such as nike do the same0 -
OP - you still didn't answer my question...did you explain your situation to the sellers who you could not pay? As a buyer and seller myself I would have been understanding and not filed a NPB notice if you had explained that you were unable to pay. That way the sellers could then offer the items to the next highest bidder straight away.
I agree that eBay should do something about all those selling fakes though but they have always been helpful when I have needed help from them. Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550
