    RESTAURANT.COM
Sorry to those fans out there but I was NOT IMPRESSED whatsoever. ...I see no benefit in buying them.

Really sorry that you had a bad experience though I don't think you can put that down to restaurant.com? I can understand your perspective, but for us, we've had many great meals using the vouchers and saved quite a bit of cash - and even found some great restaurants we would have missed otherwise (Austin's and Sonoma Cellar). I think it's really down to the restaurants themselves. I can really understand not wanting to pay the 18% on poor service - absolutely...but we would pay more than that normally for good service and so for the meals we have had which have all been good in terms of food and service, it's great to get $25 off for $4 or $5.

    Hi,

I go on monday is that to late to get the American casino guide book in time ?

    Regards

    Steve[/quot

It may not be too late - you can get it from Amazon, so check out their delivery terms - mine came within a couple of days I seem to recall.

I cannot get over the price you are paying for Orleans - well done. I will add tripres to my list of site to price match.

I think you forgot to write where you got your insurance from - ie which website on your earlier post?
    Steff
Within M25 and in Birmingham (or something like that), they will do an evening delivery for you tomorrow if you order now.

    Hi pebbles,
Unbelievable prices - thanks for sharing. Can I ask where you found these? I have signed up with them for special offers etc but havent seen these anywhere else - any tips?
    Steff;)

I didn't get the offer directly, but it was for everyone. I look on a number of Vegas websites, so it was probably posted on one of those. A friend gave me another code for the week before, but I wasn't eligible for that one. You usually have to put in your player's card number somewhere, and if it's a targeted offer, the site prevents you from booking at that rate.

Any casino with station after its name. palace station is closest to the strip http://lasvegasadvisor.com/about-us.cfm

Link has all you need to know about LVA, you can join online (cheapest) and then pick their coupon book up from their office (I emailed them for the address) about 1 block west of strip.

I always have their book and an ACG. In fact this year I picked an LVA book up when I got there and then they sent me another after I got home (sorry I have given it away)

After Ferfs post it might pay to email them to ask if they have any ACG left

edit to remove some wrong info...see below

MSS isn't part of the Station group (they're part of the Boyd group) - not to say they don't have the ACG in their gift shop, though. :)

I do think that calling around to find it makes more sense though as you suggest - this late in the year there's a possibility places that normally have it are sold out.

If you are picking up a car and don't mind a bit of driving, BMI are doing direct flights from Heathrow to LA for about £350.

    Wow

Just put in dep.7th sept ret. 18th sept £355.50 each, that seems a mega bargain, anyone know a good hotel in LA? We love flying with BMI as well, except just noticed flying air new zealand outward and United return
