Basically when i click on some links they work and others don't. For example Froggits post MGM above don't work for me but the Venetian one does GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
Could somebody else click these links to see if iy works for them or not.
The same happens on fatwallet etc and i feel i am missing good deals.
Any idaes?

MayFroggit's link above works for me.
Try THIS LINK to take you to the last page of Fat Wallet with the latest offers, but remember to check Page 1 of that link as it is updated regularly.
If that doesn't work, go to www.fatwallet.com and type Las Vegas Promo Codes in the Search.
Hope that works for you.0 -

I've been experiencing problems with this site, on & off for months. It can be very frustrating, sometimes they work first time & sometimes it can take days before I can access them.
Keep trying though as I saved loads using the deals via the MGM site.0 -
Mayas davidmcg2u says, i also have huge problems with access to the sites (not sure if it's 'sky' (my ISP) or the hotels)... just keep trying though - like he says, it's worth it0

Hi everyone,
I will try to keep this as short as possible but firstly I just want to say thanks again to everyone who contributes here - it makes life alot easier & can save you loads of money too!!
We arrived in Vegas at around 3pm local time & got a taxi to Bill's Gambling Hall & Casino - cost approx. $16 due to the traffic. We booked Bill's because of price (£70 for 2 nights) , location (almost centre strip) & reviews on trip advisor. Bill's is reasonably small which makes it easy to get around. Our room was almost at the corner overlooking the strip. The room was very nice, clean, traditional (dark decor) but spacious enough for us. The bathroom was small though but adequate for 2 nights.
We decided to go for a wander for a few hours to explore the surrounding area. We got back to the hotel around 6pm & decided to go for a nap for a few hours then go for dinner as we were knackered. I was so looking forward to the strip at night too. Well, I woke up 1am!! Liz was still out cold so I decided to go back to bed. The next thing I knew it was 8am Thursday morning. :rotfl: This actually worked well for us though as we managed to fall in a good sleep pattern right away.
We went for breakfast at Bill's which was excellent & value for money before we went exploring again. After walking for 8hours (time flies) we decided to head back to the hotel to get ready for dinner. We went to La Salsa in the Planet Hollywood & found it to be excellent. The gave you nachos & dip free so we skipped the started & I had a Chicken Burrito (massive) & Liz had Encheiladas (forgive the spelling!). I think we just chilled in the & had an early night.
We returned to La Salsa for breakfast on Friday as they had an advert for $3.95 breakfast. It was very nice & filled you up. 2 Eggs (any style), bacon or sausage, small mexican potatos & 2 wraps - we enjoyed it & it was cheap. It was now time to check out from Bill's & head down to the Venetian for 2 nights.
What can I say that hasn't already been said about this place? Wow!! The check in was excellent & our room was ready which was a bonus as it was just after 12:00. We were on the 35th floor (I think - forgot already). The lifts in there are an experience themselves - you hardly feel as if you're moving & they get you there very quickly indeed - my ears popped every time I used them. The room - well - just like all the pics - fantastic!!! Whilst I'm knocking Bill's here, we went from 1 extreme to the other. This place is out of this world!!
We spent a few hours exploring the Venetian/Palazzo area & then took our VIP pass to the half price ticket outlet & got tickets for Defending the Caveman at the Golden Nugget. Liz wanted to see Freemont so it worked out well for us. The show was so funny & everyone seemed to enjoy themselves - recomended!!
The Freemont area was nice & we ended up in the the Four Queens. We put our name on the list for Tony Roma's & decided to try the slots until as table was available. I was always curious about the free drinks thing whilst gambling & it didn't take long to kick in here. We spent very little & had 2 drinks each - can't say fairer than that. The food in Tony Romas was absolutely superb. Very large portions & again value for money. We got the Deuce home at eventually got to bed around 2am.
We decied to have a lazy day on Saturday as we were going the the Bon Jovi concert at the MGM that night. We got breakfast via room service (at 2pm :rotfl: ) - recommended. I think the whole lot including taxes/fees worked in at $60 but if you go there do it once - you won't be disappointed. Liz got what she thought was a light breakfast - cereal, toast, fruit whilst I got something like Eggs Benedit or something - sorry I'm hopeless!! Both were served with juice & coffee. The service & presentation was superb & the portions were giant - even the fruit - we were stuffed!! Any we chilled for an hour or 2 & got ready for the concert. We headed down to the MGM early to pick up our tickets & it was some trek to the MGM Arena - I thought we'd never get there. What a show - Bon Jovi were excellent & the crwod were so loud although some were a bit static a times - almost like "I'm here to say I've been here but don't want to mess my hair". It was a very enjoyable night & then we headed home to (I wish) the Venetian.
This is taking so long - think I need to split this - sorry guys!!0 -
SeptemberHi guys,
I want to join the virgin miles programme. Is there a best way to do this? Is it worth doing now even if I don't need to book a flight straight away? Is the poker deal still going? (Don't want to sign up for the white card).
Thanks all :beer:Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0 -
MayExcllent trip report David and I'm looking forward to the rest.
We intend going to see Defending the Caveman so I was glad to read your review.
I've always avoided comedy shops as I usually don't "get" American humour, we have run out of shows to see so this time we also intend seeing Carrot Top and George Wallace as well as Legends in Concert and the Jersey Boys.
I really liked the room at the Venetian, but hubby preferred Caesars. I'm imagining the Palzzo to be identical in layout, but a bit more plush. I am alos considering room service for my birthday breakfast or the Wynn buffet, depending on what I fancy on the room service menu.
5 days to go!0
