@Brambling. I am genuinely baffled today. If I had recorded my weight any time in the past week including yesterday I would have said -1.5 . Today I stand on the scales and it is STD! I really don't know why because I hardly ate anything yesterday at all! I had a late sandwich for lunch and then a bowl of muesli with grapes just before bed.
Today (Wednesday) I am down by 1lb!4 -
I've added you as 1lb loss Katejo 🙂 looks like you body is playing silly Bs
I surprised myself with a -3.5lb this week, just need to remember what I did or didn't do this week!Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin5 -

4.5lbs off this week 🥳
Lost 5.5lbs in theory last week but not counting that as I'd probably put that on the week before.
Lovely surprise!
Well done everybody for your losses.4 -
Not sure what's going to be the result for weigh-in on Monday.
Early this evening I visited Sainsbury's and saw a 6-portion Taste the Difference chocolate cake yellow-stickered for £1.04. How could I say "no"? So I've had a double portion (one-third of the cake = 560 cals, but less than 35p says the money saver in me).
Total calories for the day are 1882, only 81 more than yesterday. I'll finish it over the next two days and avoid walking along the cake aisle for the remainder of the month.

Not bothered as I have been doing all the right things. You dont always have to measure success on the scales...
I seem to have lost an inch off my waist and on thursday I went out and ran for an hour! (I only started C25K in march so I feel so fit right now!!LOL).3
