    First official weigh in - 11st 3lbs.

    Technically a 1lb drop from my weigh in last month, so a good start.

    However I am working from home today which is usually a big struggle with snacks! I will have to remember that I've started with a loss and that I don't want to put it back on.

    Hi @Brambling can I please join, I will be looking to drop 20lb I am looking for a mix of dietary changes, interim fasting and a decent amount of exercise. So no dieting as such! In it for the long haul. 
    Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%
    Emergency fund: 100/1000 10%
    Weight loose 8.6 kg - while having fun. 0/8.6 0%
    Focus debt to clear HSBC £10/1111, 0% updated May 25
