First official weigh in - 11st 3lbs.
Technically a 1lb drop from my weigh in last month, so a good start.
However I am working from home today which is usually a big struggle with snacks! I will have to remember that I've started with a loss and that I don't want to put it back on.
Good luck to everyone for the next quarter!4 -
I'm in please @Brambling :-) I will try for 9lbs, although I'm going to focus on fitness and eating better overall. I need to work on my mental health and coping better, ie not immediately reaching for wine and snacks when I feel low / fed up. They do work though! 🙄
Hope everyone has a good new quarter!5 -

I've had a bad couple of days - nothing too drastic but enough to make me annoyed with myself 🤦♀️ I watched a programme last night about weight loss journeys and one of the participants had been doing really well then went to see her family for a couple of months and put on weight.
She then said something which has really resonated with me:
'It's the small compromises you keep making over time that start to add up and get you to a place you don't want to be'
I know that I'm horribly guilty of that and if I really want to achieve my goals then there can be no compromises - that quote was my 'light bulb' moment and I will remind myself of it daily.DNF: £708.92/£1000

Only a measly 1/2 lb off for me this week. Still, better off than on.4

Lost 1Ib this week!
Think my current obsession for picky teas with rice cakes, hummus and crudites is paying off. Its all healthy low cal stuff but I get to nibble away in front of the telly.5
