Hi, hope everyone is well.
Can you put me down for 7 LB please Brambling, hope you are enjoying your retirement?
It's been a long slow road to recovery for me since last December, I keep taking a few steps back when I think the tide has turned, fingers crossed I think I'm over the worst. It looks like we are due more rain today, I'm now tuned to the weather as my arthritis and all those other damaged bits of me know when it is going to be damp / cold or wet, I know understand what those old dears who my gran used to talk too meant,.
Good news is, my weight still fluctuates by 3/4 LB, but I have maintained, which is a comfort as it's easy to pile the weight on when unwell.
I now have to get myself on the scales more and keep the treats to a minimum.
Have a good week all.

I didn't do well in last quarter but I am hoping with summer here that I can set myself up with a good routine.
My aim is 4kg.2 -
And again @bramble1
things didn't go according to plan (quel surprise!) so I'm still needing to lose 9 pounds. 2 to get me to the pound mark and another 7 to mid way.
Complicated by holiday with the OH to celebrate year 37 of marriage in August - Germany!! And then I'll go to see my mom late in Canada in September (Grape and Wine Festival!!!)

Thanks Brambling.
I'll have Monday for my weekly weigh-in and aim for a 12lb loss over the quarter.
I weigh in kilos on my electronic scales and then convert to Imperial using the NHS BMI calculator. That means there can be a loss or gain of a tenth of a kilo which doesn't change the pounds. However it's how things are on the scales and I like reporting in pounds.
(My starting weight this morning was 8st 12lb and so a 12lb loss would bring it down nicely to a round stone figure. My BMI is easily within the "healthy" range at 22.7 but I feel more comfortable in my clothes when I am lighter. About 13 years ago my BMI would have been around 34.5 I think but I changed the way I thought about food and what sort of person I am.)
