I didn't do well in last quarter but I am hoping with summer here that I can set myself up with a good routine.

    My aim is 4kg.

    And again @bramble1

things didn't go according to plan (quel surprise!) so I'm still needing to lose 9 pounds.  2 to get me to the pound mark and another 7 to mid way.

Complicated by holiday with the OH to celebrate year 37 of marriage in August - Germany!!  And then I'll go to see my mom late in Canada in September (Grape and Wine Festival!!!)

    Thanks Brambling.

I'll have Monday for my weekly weigh-in and aim for a 12lb loss over the quarter.

I weigh in kilos on my electronic scales and then convert to Imperial using the NHS BMI calculator.  That means there can be a loss or gain of a tenth of a kilo which doesn't change the pounds.  However it's how things are on the scales and I like reporting in pounds.

(My starting weight this morning was 8st 12lb and so a 12lb loss would bring it down nicely to a round stone figure.  My BMI is easily within the "healthy" range at 22.7 but I feel more comfortable in my clothes when I am lighter.  About 13 years ago my BMI would have been around 34.5 I think but I changed the way I thought about food and what sort of person I am.)
