I'm going to stick with 8lb again please. I know I did better than planned last quarter but I think a lot of that was a lot to do with the change of diet. I think I'll definitely have to up the exercise now to keep it going.LBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554

Hi everybody, I'm aiming to lose 10lbs this quarter.
Hopefully having to go to SW every week will kick me up the derriere, not counting my first week there simply because I'm BOUND to lose having weighed in the morning after the (binge) night before.
Hope we all achieve our goals.4 -
I would like to join again, and actually lose instead of just bouncing around and essentially maintaining 🙈
Aiming for 7lbs loss. I might swap my weigh in day to Wednesday though, as I've been struggling to do a Monday due to falling off the wagon on the weekend. So I'm hoping that will make me face up to it better.
