Issuance is a word, but I'm probably using it in the wrong context - changed
Correct it was issued date - changed1 -
Anything else need adding/changing before I go ahead and submit the defense?0

Unlikely by now, BUT , run a spelling check on it because there is no S in the wording Defence1

No need to suppose or to assume, just follow the 12 steps in the defence template thread and keep an eye on your MCOL claim history, like you would with your bank account !initech1979 said:Thanks, 'Defence' now sent. I assume now I need to wait for the directions questionairre from CCBC?

Note that they have also sent a completed copy of directions questionaire to me, however, I've not received one from the court and there's nothing on the MCOL site. Per forum this could take months1

Help Please...I've been away on holiday come home to a Notice of proposed allocation to the Small Claims Track containing a 'Directions Questionnaire' stating I must complete and send back by 2ndSeptember2024, it's dated 16thAugust but I was here till 21stAugust so it came after that.
1. Concerned having missed the deadline a judgement will be made against me.
2. Should I fill it out and send late or take another course of action, e.g. do nothing or ask for an extension?0
