But you will be reading it in read only mode, to check the progress listed in the claim history section, like checking an online bank statement , you were not told to ignore it

Redact the QR codes as explained in the yellow banner, in both threads

Adapt the alternative defence template for woeful POC

Here is a link to the site, including details about the free parking and restrictions there, plus signage

    https://www.manchesterfort.co.uk/news/parking-changes-at-manchester-fort

Unauthorised parking would suggest that the driver breached the terms and conditions

Are you saying that I do not have a defence? Given I was outside of the bay?

That picture is on the other side of the carpark, the signage was not obvious to me

I am not making any judgment about your case or defence, except to tell you to use the alternative defence when the POC are bad, not the standard defence

The link was to inform you and everyone reading this thread in order to show true facts

Unauthorised parking is not the same allegation as parked outside the bay

You have not shared a redacted picture of the NTK PCN letter , plus you appear to have divulged who was driving to Group Nexus

No landowner authority and poor and inadequate signage are always included in any defence

Eh?  There's no accusation of being parked outside of a bay.  Everyone has a defence!

The claim particulars are rubbish - lookup CEL V Chan which should form part of your defence. Unauthorised parking doesn't explain anything, in what way was it unauthorised ? Did you need a permit? Did you go over the lines? Was the bay reserved for King Charles? etc.
