    I made a transfer from my joint RBS account to my '212 ISA using Open Banking.

  • Hi all,

    I opened the easy access ISA recently and deposited £1.00 to ensure no issues. I have added an additional £200.00 and have now tried to withdraw £1.00 as I wanted again to check this works before moving further savings but it is saying incorrect credentials when I put in my password. I did the 'forgot password' and re-set but it's still saying the same, has anyone else had this issue please? I do not want to add any further savings in if I can't withdraw. Thanks in advance :)

    Not had anything like this.  Were you using the same browser or app install as when you made the deposit?  What are you using for 2FA?  I use a separate authenticator app and it has allowed me to log in elsewhere.

    Hi, myself and my husband both opened Trading 212 Cash ISA accounts a few months ago.  I am struggling to find the correct account numbers on the app.  The FAQs state the account number is available under Settings/Account Details.  However, when I use the Account Id (not the Client ID as I presume this isn't the account number), and the sort code of 60.00.01, my bank states the account number doesn't exist.   I need to know the correct account numbers and sort code so I can update our  records should anyone need to know this info in the event of us popping our clogs.   Its clear as mud!     When I go into our NatWest account where we originally paid a nominal amount in each pending transferring Cash ISAs from elsewhere, its showing a completely different account number to that showing in either of our apps.   As the funds to both Cash ISA accounts went from the same joint account, the 2nd transfer necessitated the account number being changed.  Any suggestions please?!

    You don't have a sort code/account number combination like a traditional bank account. You'll have a T212 account number for each account type you've opened, a T212 customer ID and your NI number which could all be used to identify your account though.

    In the app go to Settings -> My Account -> Account details
