What are you trying to put in? It's usually your name, as on the account.Lynsey89 said:I’m trying to pay my first deposit into my Chetwood account but it keeps saying ‘name doesn’t match’ is there something else I’m meant to put under payee full name? Can anyone help?

Thank you Bobblehat, those two buttons (New account and Manage Accounts) weren't there for me. I only had Manage Accounts in the right hand margin, but no New account button. Accessible via the app though.Bobblehat said:
If you log on, you should see something pretty much like this ...... it's the "NEW ACCOUNT" Button! The 2 Access was under EVERYDAY SAVINGS.10_66 said:Furness
The website says you can apply online, and prompts you to log on if already a customer. I did so, but there's nowhere to proceed with an online application. Do I have to use an app?

I'm finding Furnesses T&Cs confusing. Their General T&Cs only give timings for in branch, post and telephone. No mention of online other than email withdrawal requests. For those it states faster payment withdrawals and requests made before 3pm arrive end of next working day. Requests made after 3pm also arrive end of next working day. So what is the point of a 3pm cut off if the arrival times are both the same.0

Be very careful with the Moneybox ISA. Your interest is not FSCS protected.

That statement is at best misleading.

Presumably that means "interest accrued but not yet added"?friolento said:slinger2 said:
