I've given up. I've done this biometric stuff before, not easy but got there. Clean shaven on DL, heavy beard now due to circumstances; how do I get past 'do not use hair to cover your face' lol - use a razor? no valid passport.
Lost count of attempts on the facial. 4.90 is attractive but I can do without it.3 -

Simple and straightforward, new customer, had account opened in less than 5 minutes with driving licence.0 -

The website says you can apply online, and prompts you to log on if already a customer. I did so, but there's nowhere to proceed with an online application. Do I have to use an app?0 -

New customer. Opened early in about 5 mins.
I think the maximum online withdrawal per transaction is 100k but don't quote me.
This is a nice high amount for those looking to stash significant savings but worried about only 2 withdrawals0 -
I applied successfully online as an existing member. Can't remember if I logged on before I applied or after clicking on the <APPLY> button.10_66 said:Furness

Thank you. Hmm, that's odd. I followed the apply now link online (existing customer) and it requested that I log in. Once logged in there was no option to open any account, it just listed an existing account I have with them. I downloaded the app (though I'd prefer not to use them - sight reasons) and managed to open it from there.HHUK said:

Just seen from the MSE weekly email that the T212 rate is up to 5.17% now (I know T212 is not everyone's cup of tea though!).1

If you log on, you should see something pretty much like this ...... it's the "NEW ACCOUNT" Button! The 2 Access was under EVERYDAY SAVINGS.10_66 said:Furness

What are you trying to put in? It's usually your name, as on the account.Lynsey89 said:I’m trying to pay my first deposit into my Chetwood account but it keeps saying ‘name doesn’t match’ is there something else I’m meant to put under payee full name? Can anyone help?
