happybagger said:HTB Instant Access quick Q: Rate drops on 8th Nov to 4.4%. Email says the account can be "closed online" but I don't see an option (only for a withdrawal). Does closing online mean by sending a message? You must maintain a minimum balance of £1 to keep your account open. If you would like to make a withdrawal of the full balance or to close your account, please send us a secure message and we will do this for you.2

I've given up. I've done this biometric stuff before, not easy but got there. Clean shaven on DL, heavy beard now due to circumstances; how do I get past 'do not use hair to cover your face' lol - use a razor? no valid passport.
Lost count of attempts on the facial. 4.90 is attractive but I can do without it.3 -

The website says you can apply online, and prompts you to log on if already a customer. I did so, but there's nowhere to proceed with an online application. Do I have to use an app?0 -

New customer. Opened early in about 5 mins.
I think the maximum online withdrawal per transaction is 100k but don't quote me.
This is a nice high amount for those looking to stash significant savings but worried about only 2 withdrawals0 -

Just seen from the MSE weekly email that the T212 rate is up to 5.17% now (I know T212 is not everyone's cup of tea though!).1
