    Rewards Instant Saver -
    - 4.85% (as long as no withdrawals)
    - 3.25% for rest of the month when withdrawal.

Reverts back to 4.85% next month until withdrawal

Is there a monthly interest option that can be paid away? If so does that count as a withdrawal?
No mention of paying away as an option.

As far as I can see there is a monthly option at 4.75% but its paid into the account

Unfortunately, Ulster Loyalty Saver drops to 4.75% (from 5.2) today. That said, i can't see anything better thats truly instant access!
Trading 212 ? 5.1% and withdrawals now are in a matter of minutes.  Free £10 minimum share too when you sign up (up to maximum of £100)
Unfortunately, withdrawals are not instant. After making a test transfer, i got a message saying it will take up to three working days! That said, the funds have now come thru (after about ten minutes), but i won't be able to rely on this for instant access to my funds.

They quote that on the message, but with mine it hit my account within seconds.  They made changes a few weeks back as it did used to be a few days.  I've just tried another one now and I got the notification from my bank that the funds had arrived before I got confirmation from Trading 212 that they had been sent!

Is theTrading212 account you mention above a savings account, or investment, please (if investment I didn't think it would be FSCS protected)?

I was referring to the Cash ISA savings myself, but Investment, Cash ISA and Stocks and Shares ISA all pay 5.2% on cash balances and withdrawals are pretty much instant.

Investments can still be FSCS protected, but that protection doesn't include assets simply falling in value while you are holding them. The investment probably should not be considered 'savings' as capital is at risk, albeit not much risk. As the poster is referring to the cash ISA, then capital is not at risk, but this thread is not for the discussion of ISAs, so it doesn't belong for a different reason.

Hi, has anyone gone for Sidekick?

    Includes 1yr 0.55% bonus

    Sidekick, 4.89%

    - Min £1,000, max £250,000

    - Open via app

    - Interest paid: underlying 4.34% paid daily, 0.55% bonus paid monthly

What a palaver opening that account! It wouldn't send a verification email to the first address I used (accepted the address but it never arrived) so I had to try another one, interminable questions to answer and after finally getting to uploading both sides of my driving licence and taking a selfie it will still take one business day to verify my application. Other accounts I have opened through an app have taken a couple of minutes before I could start using them.
And at the end of the following day it still hasn't been approved.
Still pending. Has anyone been able to open one of these accounts?
2kWp Solar PV - 10*200W Kioto, SMA Sunny Boy 2000HF, SSE facing, some shading in winter, 37° pitch, installed Jun-2011, inverter replaced Sep-2017 AND Feb-2022.
