Yes as a new customer I had to upload both ID & Signature and was able to complete application, got an email message confirming application and that I'd hear within 3-5 days, but actually heard the following day that account was open.

This proved to be the same in my case. Now for the obligatory 24hr wait to access the account.

Anyone else having problems with the document upload page? Keeps freezing on me.

What size are the documents you are trying to upload? Perhaps too big? I had no issues with the upload myself

On 27 September 2024, the underlying interest rate on your Online Easy Access Account issue 69 will be reducing from 3.90% AER/Gross to 3.70% AER/Gross.

For Online Easy Access Accounts where the fixed bonus for the first 12 month applies, your new rate, inclusive of the fixed bonus, will be 4.80% AER/Gross.

What size are the documents you are trying to upload? Perhaps too big? I had no issues with the upload myself

Sorted thanks. I think it had a hissy fit then when I was trying to re-apply it was a cookie problem. Tried on my other phone and had no problems.

Very similar notice - On 26th September, underlying rate reducing from 3.85% to 3.65%, with bonus will be 4.80% AER/Gross.

Additionally for the NLA list, I was going through my spreadsheet and noticed I still have the Post Office Online Saver Issue 72, which currently pays 4.96% (includes 3.51% bonus)

Additionally the Post Office Online Saver Issues 69 and 71 currently pay 4.8% (includes 3.35% bonus)
