A new one to be mentioned in this thread if I'm not mistaken:
Tembo Money Home Saver 4.2% (includes 1.2% bonus for 12 months). Rate consists of 3% (variable) plus a 1.2% fixed bonus for 12 months. £20k max.
A further 1.3% bonus can be earned if you complete a qualifying mortgage through Tembo Money Limited within 3 years from the date of account opening.
Unlimited withdrawals provided £1+ remains in the account.
Note: All bonuses are forfeited if the account is closed early.
Worth noting Tembo have been known to do refer-a-friend offers in case you know anyone who has an account (NOTE REFERRALS ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN VIA THIS FORUM- THIS INCLUDES BY PRIVATE MESSAGE).

Hodge Easy Access Issue 1 increasing from 3.79% to 4.01% from tomorrow 6/2/26

Do Hodge Bank know what they are doing?
Because they only reduced the rate from 4.04% last month.
Or were they expecting a BoE rate reduction today? I don't think many others were.

If I'm not mistaken, Tembo is App Only (AO)

two additional points perhaps worth noting from their key features document…
- the minimum withdrawal amount is £10 (or the remaining balance if less than £10) - if you don't leave £1 in, the account will be closed and you will be unable to open another.
- Withdrawals typically take two working days to process. This may take longer if the withdrawal cannot be processed for any reason, including where we believe it is necessary to protect your money from potential fraudsters.
that second point is a deal breaker for me - and thought it worth mentioning in light of the recent conversation about instant and easy access.

Expect other issues to also be affected

In contrast, HTB reducing EA Issue 30 from 4.0% to 3.75% wef 23:02:26.
But rest assured, they are 'committed to offering competitive rates'.
Like their current EA Issue 33 at 3.4%.
