You can actually as it is what I have done. I keep a Princ EA a/c with no limit on withdrawals as a conduit for moving between accounts so as not to waste a withdrawal. Also useful for getting the RS (I have ten on the go) deposits done when the FDOTM falls on a weekend or BH.
Can you clarify for me, please, are you saying that a transfer from a Principality limited withdrawal account to one of their unlimited w/d accounts isn't classed as a withdrawal, I've always assumed it was?
No, the account I use is just an easy access account with no limits to the number of withdrawals. Its interest rate is 2.20% currently which gives the clue if you compare it with the recent 4.55% version. Clearly it wouldn't work with an account with limited access.
It's available - title Online Easy Access
There's also a relevant post by me on the same topic in the RS discussion thread a few minutes ago.

New Bonus Triple Access Saver by Principality @ 4.55% replacing issue 6 @ 4.25%

    @soulsaver

I opened one this morning, and called just after they opened to ask them to do the transfer.

The cashier said ‘That’s only been available for five minutes!’ LOL

Easy(ish) Access, Top 10 (ish) of The Pots.

Chase Boostd Rate Svr 5.00% inc.fixed 2.25% 1yr bonus for new customers only AO (09/06)

Atom Bank Rewards Instant Saver - ->4.75% if no w/ds in mth, otherwise 2.50% (09/05) AO

    Cahoot Simple Saver Iss10 £1min 4.55% (23/05)

Principality BS Online Bonus Triple Access (Issue 7) 4.55% (04/07)

Family Building Society Online Saver (11)  4.52% Min £100 (02/07)

    Coventry BS 4 Access Saver (2) 4.50% (24/04)

Skipton Bonus Saver 4.50% £1 min; £50k max inc. 1.7% fixed 1st yr bonus (19/06)

    Questions:

May I double check the top 7 accounts (above), none of them have a funding window and withdraw can be made at anytime - I will pay a penalty and accept the lower interest rate if need be.

If I need the accounts in 2 months time, is it too earlier to open them now to secure the current rate and pay the minimum balance in ? will I need to worry about credit checks?

Snoop is very easy to open (mobile app only).

    It pays interest daily.

Withdrawals requested before 11.00am appear same working day, otherwise next working day.

Yes, all info looks correct.  Snoop 4.6% is missing and Cahoot is also offering Sunny Day 5% on £3k. https://www.cahoot.com/products-and-services/cahoot-sunny-day-saver

I'd open them all now and use whichever is best at the time you need it.  Some of them are likely to go NLA, so it is best to get them while they are still there.  For example my Family BS (iss9) pays 4.6%, but it's not available for new applications.

These are easy access variable rate accounts so you would not expect a funding window but when I opened the Principality account on Friday I noticed that it says if they don't receive funds within 5 days they can close the account.  Doesn't mean they will but they could.

Also as they are variable rate accounts don't assume that any of them will be paying these rates in 2 months time.

It's not that unusual for an easy access account to have a minimum opening/operating balance. It can be as low as £1.

Also worth noting, the only account that gives you a minimum 2 months notice of any interest rate reduction is Cahoot, the others are only 14 days or only 5 working days for Chase.
Suppose that makes them more favourable, in a sense.
