Yes, I've logged back in two or three times since "opening" it. I didn't have the usual email confirmation either, only the PDF document that was given on the confirmation account had been opened webpage.jaypers said:

Did you get this page as confirmation during the opening process? I’ve cropped it for privacy but there would be a reference number that can be used to pay money in before you know the account number (I always wait). If you didn’t, I would do it again.10_66 said:

Just been having a nosey in my account with them…..you could also check your internal messages to see if you have this……

Can only assume that being a weekend perhaps their systems are acting differently……may even be some sort of change activity. I have personally opened accounts with them at weekends with no issues. Wouldn’t be surprised if it magically appears later today. Good luck.10_66 said:

I had the same issue and opened my account on Friday evening and apart from the initial on screen confirmation, the account did not appear in my summary nor did I receive any confirmation messages.10_66 said:Charter Easy Access 58

However, I checked my Charter account again today and the new account in now visible in my account summary along with a secure message.
Perhaps it is just taking slightly longer for their system to update. Hopefully, yours will appear soon, @10_66.1 -

I chose to wait to see if the account number appears as I feel using that in the reference field is preferable.
The account appeared in my list when I logged back in after about 10 mins along with the secure message. So a similar experience to @jaypers , and on a Sunday.1 -
YBS annual interest (due 31st March) is showing on available balances from today. Believe they always do it this way and you can’t actually draw it out until the 31st. Like me though, I know many here like to look
