Just been having a nosey in my account with them…..you could also check your internal messages to see if you have this……

However, I checked my Charter account again today and the new account in now visible in my account summary along with a secure message.
Perhaps it is just taking slightly longer for their system to update. Hopefully, yours will appear soon, @10_66.1 -

I chose to wait to see if the account number appears as I feel using that in the reference field is preferable.
The account appeared in my list when I logged back in after about 10 mins along with the secure message. So a similar experience to @jaypers , and on a Sunday.1 -
YBS annual interest (due 31st March) is showing on available balances from today. Believe they always do it this way and you can’t actually draw it out until the 31st. Like me though, I know many here like to look11
