Most of the savings will be spend within the next 9-12 months on property abroad when relocating tax residency away from UK (pending work arrangements) so it would just be another account to close down if I can't take it with me.1 -

Even if I could access the chase app on my phone I would be inclined to hold out for a refer-a-friend/sign up offer to re-emerge before grabbing the account given that this would be a speculative opening.
If I was already a chase customer I'd grab the account though just on the off-chance.3 -
