Also they seem to've failed to mention their LIMITED ISSUE ONLINE ACCESS ACCOUNT (ISSUE 64) at 4.67%, so it remains unclear whether this rate will be reduced or not.

I'm just wondering why I'd have money in an old issue (55 in my case) when I'll be able to get a better rate in a current issue. Probably I'll close it soon anyway since I'm not convinced it'll be competitive going forward.
