I was in MK today too and they have the offer. The PS3 is out of stock but have it on order. So I ordered there instead of waiting for JL Direct to get back to me, by which time the deal would have expired.

Went to John Lewis' store on Oxford Street, they said that their computers recognised the deal to be over on boxing day despite what the websites and the price tags. however they still managed to do the deal for me and i managed to reserve one which i later purchased after having a good look at other bargins:money: . However if you're looking to take advantage of this deal instore you have to hurry quick. There were a lot of customers with a keen interest in this deal and from the time when i reserved the television, to the time when purchased the television the number of stock they had left had halved (from 63 to 32 i believe):eek: . As i understand that it not just the stock from oxford street but stock from a group if not all john lewis'. if your looking to buy one and still havent,i advise that you call first thing tomorrow! Good luck! and well done all those who managed to grab a bargain!:T

Hi I ordered mine from Oxford Street Yesterday and the man knew all about it (it was advertised infront of the telly too), you must have got some one else. The stock level you were quoted was ALL of JL's stock, there were nearly 500 in stock yesterday lunch time! :eek:

As i allready have a 42" plasma and PS3 unfortunately cant make use of this fantastic deal but im still itching to try and get one lol...

Does anyone know the spec of the PS3 e.g 40gb hard drive or 60gb hard drive???

PS3 is 40gb and offer runs till 3rd Jan, so if out of stock should be able to order..
