I have let the side down this week I am afraid, when I weighed myself this morning (yikes, yesterday morning now) I had put on 3 1/2 lbs:eek: (it has been a tough old week). I will update my signature as soon as I can work out how to do it in the new character limit without losing my record of what I manage to achieve on my debts.£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

I have lost 5lb this week :j(although I suspect this is largely due to *euphamism alert* 'auntie flo' coming (gained 3 1/2 lb last week) and going.

Morning all... here's my 'measure/weigh in' for this week... I lost my proper tape measure so had to us string and a metal tap measure so might not be very accurate.. if I find my proper one I'll remeasure.

I bet you feel better though Sar, sometimes physical weight means nothing, it's how you feel and how clothes fit that's important. No longer using this account for new posts from 20130

Hi folks,
Oops, I forgot to update last week but I lost 1lb and another 1.5lb this week which brings my total weight loss to 11lb. I'm really pleased with this since my clothes fit me now and I feel much better about myself. I'd still like to lose another 3lb but will take it slowly - aiming for 1lb a week.
Well done those who are still at it. It makes me feel much better to know I'm not struggling alone.0 -
I lost nothing last week but gained nothing either so am ok with that! I did no exercise and ate fairly healthily but had a blip or two!
I have just done 5 miles on my exercise bike which is half of what i can manage but god it hurts as i did no exercise for 9 days until today.
Also given up the slimfast shakes as they are useless, just eating lots of veggies and going to try have a meat free week this week if i can!Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Hey guys sorry I havent been around much lately, for some reason I cant access this thread anymore unless I use the reply function on my "subscribed topics" notifications. GRRR! I've tried using different browsers, and even different computers(!) but no go so I'll pop in occasionally just to update you all on my progress, but please forgive me if its in reply to someone who I dont even reference in my post.
So far I have managed to lose 15lbs so I'm well on the way to my 32lb target, and I'm nearing the 55lb mark for total loss (since July last year) so that a good thing. I've lost 2 inches of my waist, nothing from the bust, and an inch from my hips/belly. I'm trying to do as much exercise as possible but the diet seems to get worse with every passing day (Chocolate biscuits are my latest sin :lipsrseal). Hey ho, on with it we go...:A:A:A:A:A:A0 -
