Get yourself a bottle of water to keep with you at home ;)

I'm feeling the same at the moment to be honest - it's teatime, so I feel like I should be eating (just out of habit) but I'm still stuffed from lunch. If I eat anything else, I would regret it in a bit. I've got a large glass of water, so hopefully if I keep myself busy with college work and here, I'll be OK

2 of the 3 kilos went on last week - had a problem and almost needed dynamite :o so really its only a kilo lost, if you know what I mean :D

Duuuuuhhhhhhhh, why didn't I think of that :o

Hehe, haven't experienced that one myself but I don't like to get on the scales until after I've "been" as every little helps you know. It sounds like that must have been a very satisfying weight loss for you this week.

I'm following SW, and I think it's too much rice that causes the problem :o

I'm trying to make sure I drink loads, because I can be quite bad at that too.

  • Well done everyone for losses, even half a lb is better off than on!

Have not lost anything this week :( but not gained so could be worse I suppose. And because I've been forced out of the house a lot this week (having windows in) my mum bought me chips for lunch, twice! So can't complain. Much. Went for a looooong walk today to make up for it :A

I'm back to my normal weight - finally. I had to put on 21 pounds for my surgery in the summer (because my jaw might have needed wiring) and it's taken me this long to lose it.
Now I have to try and not lose any more.
