Well ..... I think my scales are lying!
I have been poorly all week, hardly eaten, still walked my dogs (they don't understand go away I don't feel well!!) and lost a whole 1lb - rats!DEBT FREE since 2011

Has anyone else been keeping track of their BMI?
I just checked mine. When I started the whole challenge thing is was 26.4 (overweight) and now it's 24.22 (top end of ideal) :T:T:T:T:T:D:D:D:D

I've been watching my BMI IA. On 2nd Jan I was 25.6 (just overweight) and today I'm 24.1 (inside ideal). I'm well chuffed. Yours is coming down nicely too. I've added a weight loss section to my budget spreadsheet which works my BMI out for me, god I'm a geek
I've lost 2 lbs this week which was what I was aiming for. Yipee. I'm giving myself the day off dieting tomorrow though so don't expect I'll lose so much this coming week. I'll aim for 1lb.0
