Just thought I would log in - have weighed myself today, as I cannot get to scales tomorrow, have lost 3lbs this week - hooray this equates to 2lbs per week since Jan 1st.

Feels great! My size 14 jeans are now starting to feel lose so may have to go shopping soon... I bought a pair of size 12 jeans and can get them on and done up with a lot of breathing in but it's looking promising

WOW IA thats really good - well done! I hope i can notice the difference in a month.
We were discussing diets in work the other day and have decided to run our own club. We will weigh each other once a week and if you dont lose weight or you put some on we have to pay £1 into the charity pot.
