I've decided that the pickled onions combines eating with exercise. There arent many left in the jar, and they're really hard to stab with the fork :rotfl:

Come on then Lilmiss - I'll get on my exercise bike, if you get on yours. I'll do half an hour, around 11 miles ;)

Brilliant - I might get rid of my bingo wings yet.:T

I think I have eaten too many onions, it sort of hurts a bit , I'm not sure this is what they meant by no pain no gain.

Uck - pickled onions !!!! Can;t stand them myself having been forced to eat a jar full one Boxing Day by sadistic cousin.

Anyway have been to Pilates again tonight - having spent two hours teaching on poolside tonight it was great to go and relax and I'm really enjoying it and I'm starting to get a figure back as I've lost 8lbs as well in the last 3 weeks.

Got Aquarobics on Thursday which I'm looking forward to as well!!!

NO exercise bike here - so can;t join you!!!!

    Thanks IA for the bump!!

Is friday still your 'stats day?'
Will measure self tomorrow and start this too.

I have quite a lot of problems with emotional eating and my mum is obsessed with her weight (so psychologically I have a very bad attitude to it) but I think with support from you guys I might just get there.

That's my main problem, I CANNOT talk about that stuff with my mates without them taking it to a 'oh I am not worthy I hate myself no one loves me because I'm fat' spiral, which I just can't be bothered with at all!

I just want to loose weight to feel good about myself; but I have this problem of my 'inherited' attidudes to food to contend with. Food is very much a weapon in her eyes; and I'd love to stay away from her long enough to loose a few pounds and get my head straight but I can't handle upsetting her.
