I think SW is great. I've never felt hungry once since I started. It's more a way of life than a diet.

I have also used "the diet plate" in the past and lost 2 stone.Has anyone tried that its great for portion control, I think they do a cereal bowl too.Its great for people who dont want to do any weighing or counting.0

I'm on slimming world at the moment (for the second time
) as is my Dad, Step Mum and Step Sister. We all get on really well with it. You can eat lots and lots of really nice food.
I do it on line which suits me as I didn't want to attend the weekly meetings. You have to pay for three months in advance but I think it works out slightly cheaper than going to the meetings. Everything you need is on the website and they have this great syn calculator tool thing. You can put in any branded food item and it will tell you how many syns are in it. Eg After Eights are 1 syn (or one and half) each :j
I also find that if I have off days (not the off month i have just had!!!;) ) I still loose weight! :j :j
Hope this helps:EasterBun0 -
I just did half an hour on my exercise bike :j :j :j :j
Apparently I went 11.2 miles and burned 407 caloriesIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
