Spud, I put on a few pounds over Xmas, but I am counting my weight loss from my highest point, otherwise it just gets too complicated.

I wondered if it was sort of cheating, but if I didn't start on a diet, my 'highest point' would have become my normal weight...lol. I would go with whatever motivates you most.

    Thanks Snaggles ;)

That's what I was wondering - 9lbs seems a lot to declare for just a week. As Safe said, it was probably water retention due to all the carp and booze over Christmas

    Beanie, I actually gained 6 kilos - 13lbs, and I've since lost 4 kilos - almost 9lbs

Girls, to make up for the Christmas weight gain, I have increased my target for this challenge from 42lbs to 46lbs ;)

  • Im using that tesco food tracker, I thought I was doing well.I spent ages chopping up salad for work but when the day was done I was well over my RDA for nearly everything.I dread to think what I would have been doing if I had eaten as I usually do.
I find that when im dieting I end up eating more because my whole day becomes focused on preparing food.
Im thinking of trying SW, im traditionally a WW points girl but a change might do me good, (the WW points obviously isnt working).
Is SW easy to do? I have been told you can have quite generous portions, is this a myth?

There's the WW no count supersavershal, that might work? It got mum losing again. Their new kickstart plan is good too.

  • Yes I might try that, ive done it before. It might work because "in betweens" are my downfall. And I could spend ages cooking good wholesome food and eat until im comfortable.I think il try that ive got the books.
I couldnt afford to start back at a club until the end of Jan anyway.
