Right, I'm a bit confused with my weight at the moment, so dont really know what to include on here.
Weekend before Christmas - weigh in as normal (not posting my weight on here, but was on track)
Weekend between Christmas and New Year - had put on 6 kilos
Yesterday, lost 4 of the gained kilos, but still 2 kilos up on pre Christmas weight.
I dont know what to do on here. Maybe I shouldnt include any weight loss until I'm back to pre-Christmas weight.
What do you guys thinkIs it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

Right, I'm in the land of the living at the moment so I'll declare myself well and truly in.
I weigh 9st 11, I'm 5'4, and measure.. boobs 37 waist 29 hips 39. Now, as I've said before I know that doesn't seem huge but on me it is. When I was at my fighting weight I was 7st 8, and was 32 24 34. I have a tiny tiny frame and right now I am totally covered in flab. This year it will go and all of my skinny clothes will fit again.
I signed up for tesco e diets, I find it helps me to have something to keep myself on track with. As I signed up with the bonus 1000 points, when I convert that to £40 in deals, Tesco are paying me £11 for doing their diet, so that's a bonus eh. I've got the link for the extra points sign up page (which you have to use) if anyone wants it. Some clever people have also been cutting and pasting the link into quidco and getting £18 tracked also.:A

Hello peeps! Just a quick hello before I get the train to go to a horrible week of training in Camberley...great
A week with a bunch of guys who probably won't talk to me cause I am a girl...or they just don't know how to talk to another laydee apart from their mommys! Wish I could say I was joking...sooooo don't wanna go especially being a single mum as don't want to leave the DD for a whole week so that I can spend it with a bunch of numpties learning about 'puters! Oh well, I have no choice and hopefully that will be all the training for several months.
Anyhoooos, have been mega good recently, keep eating from scratch and not snacking on anything bad nor drinking any booze...which is a big thing for me! Went on a 7 mile run (if you can call it a run as the roads were so icy I was literally walking it!) this morning too. Worried about spending a week in the Travel Inn as have to have tea in the Brewers Fayre opposite...for the entire week! WAnt to eat healthy and like the fact that when I cook from scratch, I know what has gone in it! Not like next week whereas it is probably gonna be swimming in fat...ewwwww!
I will weigh myself when I return and try not to think too hard about it! I will just have to try my best! Lunch wise I have to eat food from the Training Centre so I am hoping that it is nice...
Take care all and will be back soon! xxx:j 'Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts' - DFW Nerd member 866 :j0 -
Hope no one minds me putting my nebb in here.
Sar good luck with the challenge and eveyone else too.
Once you get into the regular excerise you will do just fine, remember with the exercise though that you will start to build muscle which weighs more than fat so its far better to measure as well.
Also to spud, don't forget us wonderful women at certain times of the month we can easily gain upto 7lbs just in excessive water.
Also if it helps rather than setting yourself a gruelling routine if your not used to exercise, start steady and not too much. 10 Stomach crunches, whilst doing these raise the opposite leg and reach to the knee with your arm this also helps your obliques and give you a good shape, 10 squat thrusts, 10 leg raises per leg 10 lunges per leg these lunges are very good as you will be working your quadraceps uses lots of calories..... it takes 10 minutes 3 times a day.
After 6 weeks you will definately notice the difference and if you manage this easily then up it from 10 to 15/20.
Also if your cutting your food down or dieting remember it takes the brain 15 to 20 minutes to register that the tummy is full, so have a glass of water if your still a lilttle hungry and then wait and see what happens. Most of the time you will have had enough.
Sorry if you already know all this and please feel free to tell me to mind my own business. You can touch the dust but please don't write in it !
Would you like to speak to the man in charge, or the woman who knows whats happening?0 -
Thanks Chunky.
Due to certain 'medication'I havent had a 'time of the month' for nearly 3 years. I'm not sure if I still have the excess water, but we've been doing weekly weigh ins since August, and I havent noticed. I can only put it down to the excesses of Christmas
So, since 1st Jan, I've cut out all alcohol  and gone back to my SW diet.
Thanks for the exercise tips, I'll try to give them a go, but I'm really lazy :rolleyes:Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:
