Hello everybody (<< Dr Nick from the Simpsons)

I still need to lose about 2 stone so I'm in, if noone minds me joining that is. Its actually a bit more than a 2 stone now (after Christmas, can you believe I put on 2kgs?) but its near enough that losing 10kgs will be my new target.
Its nice to see Spud already here, plus some others from Lucys party season challenge.

Oh go on then I'll post my measurements.

Cool that means me boobs are down 3", my waist is down 1.5" and my hips/belly are down 2.5". My weight was 94.5kgs after Christmas and I'm now 79kg so thats a loss of 15.5kg ( 2st 6lb  !!). Not bad going eh?
My new target is currently 75kg which is a whole 10lbs away. Of course I guarantee as I approach it I will decide I'm still not happy and move it down again.

Well done IA and safesound - great results for you. I stayed the same again! not had much time in the last week or so though for exercise and the next few weeks don't look too promising either.
Beanielou, I saw spud on another thread earlier in the week.
