Heh, wanna know what I ate for dinner yesterday? A full blown chinese takeaway.. my only justification was that it was free (I did some work on the takeaway owners computer and they paid me with a free takeaway) and I didn't do any exercise either (I'm so bad ).
Today the only way I will come in under my calorie limit is if I eat salad for dinner, however I have the best intentions of doing my exercise today, and maybe a little bit more than normal to help make up for yesterday.

On the plus side, I found today that out of a few different tops the size 14s fitted me better than the size 16s (yay).

So Skintmum, I bet I don't lose anything this week, which will give you plenty of opportunity to catch up with me... and I hope your patented cuppa tea diet uses tea with no sugar in it otherwise 25 cups a day may be a little counter productive :rotfl:

Okay so its now the end of the week weigh in day, and I've put on half a kilo :o I'd like to say it was all that darned Chinese's fault but it wasn't once I started down the road of eating naughty food I just couldn't stop.
Anyway, today is the start of a new week and I'm hoping I can do much better by next Saturday maybe even get below what I was last Saturday. Lets hope eh?

oops - forgot yesterday. I've lost a pound not that impressive and I'm off out for lunch today so don't see that as being particularly slimming either. I must try harder!

Mmmm.. Italian men. all the taste and none of the calories... :p
This week I'm trying harder to motivate myself, I must keep telling myself that the food I'm eating when I'm being naughty isnt really all that nice (and its not) and what would I prefer, a 30 second YUM-YUM or to get into a size 12 jeans by this time next month? Must.. Try.. Harder!

Well the beginning of last week went really well, I weighed myself on Tuesday and I was down to 77kgs but it all went downhill from there. They had a huge buffet in work and I simply cannot walk away from free food without taking any with me so I ended up with three slices (okay little slices) of quiche and a piece of Swiss roll :o Then the following day there was still lovely chocolate cake left so I had a small piece (about 2"x2") for breakfast
In the end on my weigh in this morning I was 78kgs so that's a loss of 1kg. Hopefully next week will be better but I'm not jinxing myself like I did last week :rotfl:

Eh, 3kgs doesn't sound allot does it?
I actually want to get to 70kgs before September but I do better with achievable targets. The same way I do better with kgs instead of stones and lbs. I think I will be happy when I am a size 12 but who knows, I may decide to shoot for the unimaginable size 10!
It doesn't help that I'm quite tall so while everyone goes "ooh you've lost so much weight" when I tell them I'm 12st 3lb they inevitably say "I'd never say you were that heavy"... errr am I supposed to say thanks?
I'll get there in the end, I know I will, its just the in between bit that's a pain in the bum :D
