Looking forward to joining in a thread which will hopefully keep me on the straight and narrow.

    Nights are tough indeed.
Are you following a particular plan?

I did slimming world a few years ago and it worked really well. So, i'm kind of sticking to that plan, but exercising like mad! Our fitness levels have done really well since we started, we did a 3 mile fast walk this afternoon and are trying to do something to that kind of level at least 4 times a week.

I'm an at home mum and partner works shifts, so we can strap little one into pushchair and just walk and walk. I'm quite enjoying that side of it, it's just the abstaining from chocolate/wine/pizza that i find difficult!

Well I stayed the same this week, unsurprisingly as I had pie and chips from the chippie during the week :o I have however lost some inches. How? I haven't got a clue but its going down nicely now. I'm currently at a 30 inch waist :jand those semi taught size 12 trousers I was talking about last week now fit fine, in fact I'm wearing them today :D.
