Stayed the same this week, which by all acounts is a miracle. I wasnt sticking to the diet at all until Wednesday, and I only exercised once
Have been a good girl Wednesday, Thursday and Friday though so I'm hoping it negated much of the damage.
Once again C- must try harder

I bought myself a treadmill the other day, it should be here tomorrow. I'm hoping to use it to build up some stamina as although I've never been running before I know I'd last about 2 minutes and then collapse. I'm hoping to start slow and work my way up to a 10 minutes session and then I'll start running outside.
Gosh, that sounds like a plan, doesnt it :D

Way hey! I lost a kilo this week, the first in a few weeks :j
I've gone back to my original plan of not counting calories just eating sensibly and it seems to have done wonders.
I'm off to update my signature :D

Oh and I forgot to mention. I bought my first pair of size 12 trousers today. I'm sooo very chuffed. :T
They fit 99.9%. They are a little taught across the lower belly but not enough that anyone would notice (except me that is) so I'm not going to wear them yet but I have them and more importantly they fit, which is great!
