  • Cheers Beanielou - sadly it isn't really a choice, I am doing 26 miles in 4 weeks and need to get my bum into gear if I don't want to end up in agony for the next year. Never mind, my thingy that says how far I have gone reckons that I burned 1600 calories, now I know it is all rubbish but it makes me feel better.

I think I'm going to cry.
I've been really good all week, I haven't eaten too much, I've stuck to the diet, I've exercised 2 days this week (not great but better than not at all)... and I weigh myself this morning and I've GAINED 1 kilo
It wont be official until tomorrow but what is the chances of my weight changing overnight

Aww don't cry safesound - maybe next week you'll have lost loads.

I've lost two pounds this week and managed to resist a cream egg yesterday which is amazing for me.

Not a diet per say more a healthy eating plan. I eat unsweetened muesli for breakfast with a piece of fruit, then have a ham salad sandwich for lunch with a low cal yog (I like the shape 50cal ones), and then a healthy meal in the evening. The evening meal can be anything healthy thats below 500 cals per portion, so I tend to go for stir frys, casseroles, baked pots etc. My biggest downfall is in the evenings I get peckish so I tend to eat fruit (like 2 madarins and a banana, or an apple and some strawberries).

Sounds really simple doesn't it, if a little boring. Even looking at it now, and thinking back over this week I really cant see why I've put weight on.... I don't know maybe I'm cutting back too far, although I cant see that being the problem :o

I think I'm going to try upping the exercise to everyday, cant hurt right?
