1lb gain for me, first gain in 3 months but done no exercise for 2 weeks and been a bit indulgent so not bad really!
7 weeks until holiday so going to get myself into gear, want to have lost 12lb (was 11lb last week!) by then or at least another 7lb!Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
No loss for me this week weight wise.. but am now hovering around the 11 1/2 stone mark which I'm happy with... will update with measurements a bit later as it's been a manic week and I didn't get time!Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Feeling very virtuous as DID do the wii boxing last night (even if it was only for 20 minutes:o) and DID do the training walk for the moonwalk today (did 12.2 miles instead of 13 miles due to not being bothered to measure the route first and then not having the will to battle the marathon hoards to do the last 0.8mile) and have planned for 15 miles next weekend (will measure before we walk next time though)
Between those two things I have burned loads of calories though so - :T£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

Hello
This week i lost the 1lb gained last week and also another 1/4lb so now managed to lose 11lb this year! Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Lost another half a kilo this week, and I wasn't even trying! Okay so I exercised at least 4 times and I haven't eaten many naughty things, just way too much of what I did eat.
This week I solemnly swear I'm going to stick to my diet and exercise at least every other day. I'm hoping to lose another kilo at least, but as I'm visiting with Aunty Flo this week I doubt I'll be able to see the results until the following Saturday.
Water retention is a b!tch, my hips (including belly) have gone from a 38 to a 44 this week
Only 3 kilo to go until I reach a BMI of 25.:A:A:A:A:A:A0 -

Failed to weigh myself on Friday (or since) but have just walked 15 miles, that has got to send things in the right direction, surely.
Well done to all you (weight) losers this week.£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)
