Hi all.
Just got home from court. The claimant did not turn up, the lady judge read out the criteria he should have met by not turning up. He let the court know on 3rd March but failed to notify me.  So she struck out the case and no claim to answer.
I want to thank you all for your huge encouragement and support for the last 10 months.  I am one happy lady x
