It's from when the account was opened.  I didn't realise and openend mines on 27th May so lost out for 1 month!

for me in previous switch was the 8th of the month.

I contacted TSB and said the £10 will not be paid until I have met the first lot of conditions to qualify for the £100. 

I joined in 27 May and did 20 debit card payments in June.  I tried to get them to confirm when the £10 would be paid but kept referring back when the £100 would be paid
.
  So I am unsure whether I will get the monthly payment for July as they would not give me a straight answer.

I think all you can really do is wait until the 8th July and see if you receive 2 x £5 payments or 1 x £5 payment.

If you're sure you've fulfilled all the conditions of the switch offer and you only get 1 x £5 payment, you can contact them after the 20th (they have until then to make the cashback payments) to see why you didn't get the second one and they can then confirm with the switching team and arrange for your second payment to be made.

6th June was the day the switch was completed.

I think it will be fine.  Under when will my cashback be paid it says "Cashback will be paid to your account by the 20th of the next calendar month. For example, for payments made in June 2023 cashback will be paid by 20 July 2023."

Also what I noticed trying to find the above is, they count a debit card payment not from when you use it but from when it debits which I didn't realise as I was waiting until 1 of month before using again.

Another couple of weeks and hopefully we will all be up £100 as well.  Mines is spent already....
