I tried to transfer it to my Santander account and the payment was immediately declined.

Then had a text saying my online banking is suspended until I ring them in the morning.

There is no point shouting from the rooftops that you got your £100 and not puting your switch date as well.  Please help the community and put your switch date so we know the methodology.

... oh dear    let them know another person did exactly the same (me), indeed as a new payment going through a short questionnaire + memorable info check + OTP ... transferred immediately at 07:25.
