TSB say they'll pay £10 instead of £5 per month for 20 debit card tranx.
So if I've received only £5 per month for the last 2 months, does that mean I haven't qualified for the £100 incentive , or that they'll determine whether I qualify after (or during) 17-31 July, and pay the missing £5 amounts if eligible for the switch incentive thereafter?

The £100 bonus was based on just switching, logging into the app and making 5 debit card payments. If you’ve done those three things before 5 july then you’ll qualify for the £100. 

If you’ve only received £5 the last two months it would suggest to me you haven’t made the 20 debit card payments maybe? I think that was independent of the £100. It’s just a perk of the account rather than any switch offer. Think that’s right.

As with previous offers the offer is paid in parts, you will receive £100 for switching and making 5 debit card payments. You will then receive £10/mth if you make 20 debit card payments for the first 6 months. 

In addition they will give you make 20 debit card payments in December 2024 you will receive either of the below (your choice):

A night away for two at a choice of hotels including Mercure

2 Odeon cinema tickets each month for 3 months (6 tickets in total)

NOW Entertainment Membership for 6 months

If you didn't receive the extra £5 last month, the advice here is to ask TSB Bank and they seem to manually do it. You can't ask about this month as they have until end of month to do it still. (even though we know they won't) I too only received £5 when I qualified for 2 x £5. Please report back if you contact bank.
